My family and I had the HORRIFIC experience of health care services at your hospital. I am a practicing Registered Nurse in upstate New York and would compare the health care at your hospital to a third world country. The Drs and Social Workers at your hospital, have begged me to write letters to everyone and anyone who will listen. I had to evacuate my mother by air ambulance out of the Hospital Universitario de Adultos before she died at the hands of the nurses and staff at this hospital. I cannot understand how the standards of practice at this hospital can be so far below the most basic of care. Where are the laws, directives, and policies that are supposed to govern standards of care at this hospital?
