Patient showed up with 33 and 6 day Didi twins Srom Aug. 28, 2010. Dr. Ware didn't show up for 16 hrs. Stopped contaractions by phone. Refused to birth once she showed up. Waited 30 hrs. to take out cerclage. Still refussed to birth the baby even though deep pocket was at 1.0 and score was 6/8. 27 hours of labor later and no vaginal exam, the doctor still refused to birth the baby. Nurse walked patient who now had no cerclage, no amniontic sack and had just gone through all that labor down three halls to another room. Nurse did not put patient on monitor. When patients labor got in trouble and patient insisted nurse put her on a monitor and requested epidural and doctor, nurses found the baby was dead. They paged and called the doctor twice and only after the doctor's own sonagram lady convinced the doctor that the baby was dead did the docotr finally decided to come to the hospital. The RN checked the patient vaginally and the patient was 7cm and nurse could touch the head. The annesthesiologist took patient to OR and waited for the docotor. No other doctor was called in. Patient had to indure the pain without a epidural and couldn't be put under because it would have hurt the other baby...all waiting on doctor to show up. The baby was born stillborn and sister is now 9 months today. As of last Wednesday the hospital nor the doctor had turned in the fetal demise to the State or the county. However, they had turned in the birth of the twin. Thursday the state informed patient that they had requested and recieved the death demise of Baby A
