My name is Robert L. Shaw, my telephone number is 813-415-3070, I was given a call by Keisha at the downtown Tampa Health Dept reminding me of a dental cleaning and was given direction's to St. Petersburg although I live in Tampa. My vehicle is now in need of a major repair of over 600.00 for a cooling system according to Firestone. I told the staff I was HIV positive and had a doctor called St. Joseph's Tampa Care, 813-870-4460, Dr. Ubillos, and actually see Shirley Green, Supv or Pat, ARNP and was told my T-cell count and viral load was excellent, but I recently had to have a cavity pulled put and I am suppose to go to Dolphin to get an inplant when my teeth are cleaned by the dentist. I was forced to sign paper's stating I would not report the way I was treated, put in a room with this guy that threatened to kill me and made fun of by the staff and it is all on film and I made a few friend's to verify my story. My telephone number is 813-415-3070 and my mother's number is 813-754-7937, she came to visit with my brother and and sister and law and can verify my complaint. If someone would get back with me I will be happy to tell of my experience.

I was taken to St. Anthony's Hos by ambulance svc in St. Petersburg, Fl. I live in Tampa, Fl and was given a call by Keisha reminding me of a dental cleaning appt. I am also missing a tooth and suppose to schedule a inplant at Dolphin Dental and the request is from my doctor at St. Joseph's Tampa Care at 813-870-4460, but my vehicle is in need of repair advised by Firestone for over 600.00. I was put on stuck with needles, given fluid and then put in the Mental Ward for attempting suicide. I am not trying to kill myself, I am a Christian and beleive in God and think that is wrong and also HIV positive. The staff ridiculed me and made me sign paper's I would not tell of my experience and put me in a room with a guy that threatened my life. The entire incident is on film, one of the nurses called me a sinner and man handled me and told me to get back in the room with the guy that threatened my life or I would never go home. My doctor is Dr. Ubillos, but I actually see Pat, ARNP at Tampa Care, and she states that I am undectable as far as T-Cell and viral load count, and I am in desparate need of a tooth inplant and have the neccessary paperwork from Tampa Care, and need my auto repaired. If someone would contact me I will explain the entire situation.
