This hospital staff is VERY RUDE. I would recommend taking the drive down to Colorado Springs and go to Penrose or Memorial instead....At least there, they treat you like a human being and show some respect and kindness. There WERE 3 people who are an exception and I hope they get out of that enviroment and find jobs elsewhere. These 3 people actually CARED...the rest of the staff need to seek other occupations. UNBELIEVABLE.
