To summarize, your Emergency Room was an incompetent mess. The nurses and staff were noncommunicative, rude, and outright lied to us about our right to be transferred to the hospital of our choice. The doctors were nonexistent. No respect was given to the patient’s rights and no respect or compassion for the family. If you’re wondering why there are soooo many alternative ER clinics popping up all over town, this is why. Your hospital is not meeting the needs of patients and hopefully their presence will drive you completely out of business. I give your ER a complete failure rating. I would never take anyone to your hospital system for care, nor would I recommend your hospital to anyone.
