don't ask question, they don't like it. social worker rude when I asked how to get information on test results. I have been giving different information so many times I lost count. was with my mother for 4 hours and no came into her room, this has happen many times. My mother has told me that they are rough with bathing her. ring the bell no comes, when you go and find someone its a bother to them.

This facility did not meet my expectations! i was very disapointed upon arriving. I felt as though I was entering a facility that not only smelled but looked dirty and hospitals should be anything but DIRTY> The nursing care was not very attentive and when you did need something you could push the button but it seemed to take them 20 minutes before they came in to see what you wanted. Also, when they left the room to get what it was that you needed there was another 15 minute wait.Not a great place to go if your not mobile.
