Absolute worse experience! Mother was admitted for observation and pain management post surgery. Very understaffed..could not get a nurse to answer our call several times. My mom wet herself and was left for 3 hours laying in her urine. I ended up finding sheets and changed bed myself and had to cut her soiled hospital gown off because she had Iv's in that I could not remove (no buttoned sleeve) When the nurse did arrive..my moms nose oxygen had fallen onto the nasty floor - the nurse picked it up and proceeded to put it back in my mother's nose… I stopped him!

My mom was never brought any water or food….. Thankfully I had 1/2 sandwich left over from lunch that she ate. The people that work there are so stressed, when you do see them, they are fussing and complaining about each other. Everyone appears unhappy. It is a "sad sad place" ..quoted by a nurse. The man in the next room was screaming "help" so after 30 minutes of listening to this, I walked by his room… he was naked and falling off the bed. I ran to get a nurse and told her he was falling.. she rolled her eyes and said "it wont be the first time" and she slowly strolled to his room..not very happy. Note: If you have to use this hospital - DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVE ONES ALONE!!!! We were there ONLY because this was the ONLY hospital my mom's awesome dr was affiliated with. Why? I DO NOT KNOW!
