My girlfriend and I showed up today after receiving what I thought was the worst service I had ever gotten from a doctors office from max care. We got here at 7:40, there was only one other person in the waiting room and their was no one working the front desk and that girl's paperwork was still sitting in the window. After about 30 minutes someone finally came to the window and collected the paperwork... At this point there were 5 people waiting unattended! Good thing there wasn't an actual emergency or someone would have died. So we finally get called to the back where we wait for an hour before the "doctor" came to see what was going on.(keep in mind there is nobody in the hospital at this point) she says ok, I'll be back in a minute to get you ready for a pelvic exam.... 2 hours later she comes in and tells me I have to leave the room even though my girlfriend explicitly told her she wanted me to stay because she would be more comfortable. The "doctor" still made me leave the room and when I came back in my girl said that the "doctor" didn't even get in between her legs, she stood to the side of the bed and continued to prod her harder than she had ever been with a q-tip and was completely and totally rude and uncaring about the entire situation. And asked her if her cervix hurt when she jerked her hand back and forth in a violent manner after bludgeoning her with a q-tip.... Of course it hurt, she just got abused with a q-tip. We are actually so upset about the situation I believe I am going to call my lawyer tomorrow and see what can be done about this situation! P.S. the "doctors" name is Neely Armes.
