Patient arrives to your E.R. with labored breathing and life-threatening heart rate of 174 bpm.

Due to the fact the hospital is not staffed properly with the required personel patient was transferred to another hospital. In which the patients life was at risk due to the fact patient was not stabelized before transport.

My family has experienced many losses of loved ones due to the poor Health Care System in Puerto Rico. The ailments they had were treatable. What is Puerto Rico doing to take care the well being of their people.
