4th floor waiting room: I have never seen a filthier waiting room in my life. My family and I could not sit on the couches. They were so dirty they actually should have been thrown away. The carpets were very dirty as well. It seems as though they didn't have a cleaning crew to come around anytime to clean. Couches looked like they had not been cleaned in 6 months to a year - stains, etc.
